Postal cock-ups

These incidents of wrongly delivered letters etc seem to be increasing. I've had four incidents this month where I've received mail addressed to a different house with a totally different area code. It seems as if the Sorting Office just read the first line of the address before putting it out for a postie to deliver. Anyone else?

My main concern about the post recently is that I only get maybe one or two deliveries per week from Royal Mail. I used to get post 3/4 times per week a few years ago. Are they on strike?

No, they 'streamlined' the service, making it 'better', but not for the users who remember what it was like in the olden days.
