If anyone is passing the Town Hall could they pop up the steps, turn left and on the wall is a wall plaque in a glass case, to a Sgt Anders. I went over a while ago and could not read the inscription due to poor eyesight, tried taking a pic but the flash kept reflected the glass. Have not been able to return due to health. Would like to know if he is related.
I have picked him up in the Imperial Yeomanry during the Boer War, where he ended up as a L/corporal, 40587 Richard ANDERS, Any thoughts or info would be appreciated
