Dave Posted November 18 Share Posted November 18 I was curious too, so I just ordered one for a great great grandmother. It's a copy from the register and it's what you'd get if printed on a certificate. Her son died of diphtheria too and I might get that one too to check the date (I hadn't previously known the exact date of her death). I knew that they'd died of diphtheria, but how they'd caught it holds a bit of intrigue.
