woodsman
James Hind Statter b1859 d 1946. Wife Maria Gornall B1870 d1921. Trying to find an image of one or both. They owned the Newsagents in Barrow St for many years. James was a collier by proffession. They had ten children who in the main stayed within the area, so thought maybe someone may have a pic tucked away. Relationship, ggrandparents. Apologies if this should have been posted elsewhere. woodsman
Hi Phyll, I am finding enough characters and I am only back to 1840. Its strange though seems lots of trees want to adopt this chap. Suppose we all need a bit of a Robin Hood to chuckle about and fire our imaginations. Reckon we have got a few of the modern day ones on connect lol.
