HORT do you think they were any better than all those family terraces before the area was flattened?Weve had Helena,Arena,Golden Gate linked.

Union st next. Then all round North Road? The police are always stopping cars for drugs in North Road area. Some nice tenants been in all those sreas.

Look also at HALL and Upprr Hall st .All involved with TORUS?

Does anyone remember Rackman or was it Rachman. That "nice" Landlord.

Bullying, sending in heavies, setting fire to properties  etc.

Here's what was reported back in June...

"The application states that Parr Mount Court, built in 1972 and consisting of 96 flats, "does not meet modern-day standards of extra care"."

TORUS says it plans to redevelop the site of Parr Mount Court with homes if the flats' proposed demolition is approved.

Yes but Rachman died in 1962, how could he still be connected with property built in the 70's?

Was his company also named Torus?  :dunno:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torus_(housing_association)

Or were you just comparing bad landlords?

Actually I'd never heard of Rachman, but you learn something new every day.

Won't be long before they demolish the last of them nasty 3 stories next to these. It is hard to believe that they only built them in the 1970's and with an outside bog 🤣

St Helens town planning at its finest!
