Prosecution is via the courts.

Speeding tickets are not.

Yep but io9nly remember an old deserted one around i think where there were loadsa bluebells.as a kid usedto walk regular down that path.

There was a cottage we used to be given a drink of water from a very kind lady.  I also remember that the  stream had fresh water mussels in it.

Was  that on the Dam side of the Lancs though ? I remember a Bungalow and an old lady dispensing water to all the kids that knocked ! Used to walk along there all the time , Me and Joey ( john ) Tunstall with the airguns in the 60s  and nobody bothered us 

try doing that nowadays :eek:
