kizzy
https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/adam-ellison-prescot-murder-crimewatch-14830188 This case is still unsolved and was featured on Crime Watch last week. The young man who was murdered was Adam Ellison, I know his Mum, Joyce, well, she and his Dad and sisters and girlfriend are devastated that no one has been charged so far. Adam was a decent, ordinary inoffensive young man who was hardworking and had never been in trouble with the police. He worked at Tesco in Prescot and was a lad any mother would have been proud of. I'm just bumping the post in the hope that it might help remind people that those responsible are still out there in the community.
gervassutti
Hi kizzy, It's very saddening...I frequently pass the place where the tragedy occurred, ironically on my way to Tesco, and always look across and can't help but visualize the photograph of Adam with his dog Judy among all the flowers which had been placed there at the time. Hopefully this new information leads to an arrest.
kizzy
I hope so, it's shocking how he died but not to know who killed him or why it happened is cruel. Eight months waiting for answers is a long time
Phyll
Very sad, I really hope they catch them, someone must know them. Here's the full Crimewatch Programme, there's another bit about St. Helens in it too.
Guest
whilst everywhere we get the following tributes, memories left etc etc.Unfortunately people are not prepared to come forward in case of RETRIBUTION,especially if they are asked to be witnesses.Neighbours likewise do not work with each other as they in many instances are more concerned with their own lives. Families no matter will always cover up for the misdeeds of their own or family misdeeds. Look at all the tweets usually- he was a"cheeky chappy",he was a lad who lived life "to the full",he had his faults,he was a good husband, fathers, son, grandfather that litter many tributes in recent murder cases. NOT ABOUT THE VICTIM BUT THE MISCREANT!

NOT ABOUT THE VICTIM BUT THE MISCREANT! They conveniently forget the most important tribute, somewhat more accurate in my opinion. He was a cowardly little bastard, who couldn't fight without a knife, and this waste of oxygen took the life of another human being.
Phyll
It says in The Star, there has been an "Amazing Response" to "Crimewatch", lets hope they soon catch this low life who has ruined this poor family's lives. http://www.sthelensstar.co.uk/news/16334791.crimewatch-episode-covering-murder-of-adam-ellison-leads-to-amazing-response/?ref=mr&lp=
