BICC Retirement

BICC publicity department employees and friends saying their farewell to its retiring manager my wife thinks it was around 1970 but is unable to remember his name,I think Burt Taylor is behind the ladies bottom right that's all i can name apart from my wife.

I think the manager's name was Williams. He lived down t'Wood.

Nope, all gone now.

 

As far as I'm aware, the final part was the Pensions Department and they used to be based up in Hall Lane, but not sure where they have moved to.

The BICC Pension Trust late of Hall Lane has been dissolved

The Balfour Beatty Pension Trust is based at Kings Business park

I was told it was Bert Taylor, the person holding the paper was Mr Boyer (not sure on the spelling) the Managing Director of the Prescot Site
