thyme Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 Walter was born about 1887 at Upholland, Father William Rigby born Rainford Mother Margaret Berry born Dalton siblings James Joseph Henry ( my grandfather ) Walter Annie Agnes In 1911 Walter was living at 48 Knowsley Road, St.Helens with William and Margaret and his 2 sisters Annie and Agnes. jvy20 Posted May 16, 2014 Share Posted May 16, 2014 Only Theresa Parr I could find in 1911 Census was aged 30, single, shop assistant b St Helens and living at 4 Pemberton St, St Helens. Described as sister of wife. Wife being Alice Phelan 34 and husband is Thomas Phelan 30 both born St Helens.
