  2. I also have the dreaded SMITH name to follow. BUT at least he's the one married into my BRADBURY line. I am trying to find information on Harriet Ann BRADBURY and George SMITH's kids and descendants. Their children were George Lester Smith b. abt. 1898 (who may have married Annie Stephenson.) Edwin Redvers Smith b. 1901- 1979 (who m. Catherine Annie HASLAM and had dau. Barbara abt. 1935) and Ernest Smith b. avt. 1905 (who may have married Ethel STEPHENSON) I'm pretty sure one of these 3 boys had another dau. other than Barbara as I have a family photos with 2 young girls in it. I would love help finding Barbara..there are too many choices if she married.? Thanks so much Shelley

  7. Hi Everyone, Quick question..I am in touch with a cousin who has photos that were taken by G. W. Griffin. Apparently his son was a photograper and was also a G.W. Griffin. How would I find out where George William Griffin became G.W. Griffin & Son. Dave was good enough to send me directory info. on 1876 and 1895 so it appears there were TWO stores. One on Ormskirt and the other on Westfield st. They lived at New Cross St. too. Is there a business Directory online or anything like that.? I'm thinking his son was only about 22 in 1871. SO I guess my question is..WHEN did G.W. Griffin & Son start. I have a photo of my Grandmother who was b. in 1888 so the photo has to be about 1891. All my line of Bradbury game from St. Helens. Thanks for any help. SPrelusky@telus.net
