I am looking for any info on the family of John & Ellen Collins (nee Bannister). I have found them on various census, but all seem to have different birth years entered. Ellen was born in Upholland between 1833 - 1841. John was born Much Woolton in 1838. In 1881 they lived in Whiston, 1891 & 1901 Fleet Lane Parr, but I can't find any record of marriage or deaths for either of them.

Oldfield Family

I have traced the Oldfield family to Thomas son of Peter Oldfield of Windle in 1804. I know some of Thomas' siblings and from a later baptism his mother is possibly Ann. I know Peter Oldfield was named as the father of a child (Elizabeth) by Mary Partington in 1799 and believe he was born in 1774 and baptised at Great Sankey. I have been unable to trace a marriage for either Peter Oldfield and Mary Partington or for Peter Oldfield and Ann. Can anyone help?
