Some old pics of my uncle Tom's wedding, which I am guessing dates from the late 1940's or early 1950's. They are taken at/outside Parr St Peter's (the one with the bride getting out of the car with her dad is Epson Street). My great grand parents, as well as an uncle who died before I was born are on these photo's. My wife loves the clothes they are wearing...hmm.

Really interesting photo's. I don't know anybody in them but as social history they are really interesting, especially as I have never been inside Parr St. Peter's church.

Eddie, Thanks for putting your personal photos on and sharing them with us.
They are lovely and as DD said, gives us an interesting look at social history.
Hope you don't mind me asking, are they still alive and well and as happy?

Sadly no longer with us Phyll.

Appologies. Got a bit over the top cleaning up, and lost the pics, so here we are again.
