Does anyone remember the Yeomenry buildiing located in School Lane Rainhill Stoops pre war.
As a youngster I used to go and watch the Drill.on the field adjacent.
I suppose they were merged with a Tank regiment or similar when Horses were obsolete for war purposes.
I am interested in any history about their formation or operation.
