Hello everyone
Does anyone in Donkeycommonland remember a Jazz band that used to play regularly in the Springfield in the mid 60's (1963-1966),and whats more to the point their name?
I've been racking my brains, but i can't for the life of me remember!.
cheers
Dave

They were quite hot around that time.

Clinton Ford's version of Fanlight Fanny actually got into the hit parade, and got some air play.He was the singer (front man)and they often played without him.

I'm sure some people will know the names of the people in that band.

I'm not at all sure they played regularly at the Springfield but I did see them in many different places about then.

Oh - Clinton Ford and Fanlight Fanny - great, but I thought The Old Bazaar in Cairo was just as good.
