It surely cannot exist on 16 home games each season. Does anyone know what other sports or ventures are planned for Langtree Park?

St Helens Town Football Games are also planned for Langtree Park
plus there will of course be Challenge Cup Games, Internationals, Super League Play Offs, Saints Reserve and Academy Games.
Also planned (I hear) are concerts, businees meeting and the like

Think Langtree Stadium would have sounded much better than park.

Thanks JFM. With respect St Helens Town FC barely get 100 supporters and I doubt the revenue from Alliance and Academy games amounts to much. They'll need some fairly well attended representative games and cup semis etc and as you say, music events. Maybe there's a lot of money to be made out of conferences and exhibitions etc

I understand that there will be a shop and quite possibly a bar open every day.

The Chairman is looking forward to it making money every day, so they will no doubt make that happen somehow.
