My last experience of this market was from a couple of years ago --------- I found the stalls to be full of lots of overprice 'craft-style' items and expensive food. Wonder if it's changed?

The stalls were like small, continental-styled booths with most of the stallholders shivering behind their counters. Lots of people picking items up, looking at them and putting down again - didn't appear to be much actually being sold.

I got told this morning when i was round the market that the stall holders where being put up in hotels and the council where paying for them to stay there,i dont know if this is true or not.
