Can anyone asist in back tracing on this name.
I have information on a marriage 15/9/1890 JOHN HOUGHTON TO ANNIE WINDERS ,St Nicholas Church Sutton.
John is shown as a widower aged 40.Grooms father THOMAS HOUGHTON.I do not have any misspells etc of HOUGHTON so can assume dont need to trace misspells ??
I know they were at 44 FACTORY ROW in 1911 and this has been confirmed by a helper.I am trying to follow into 1901 and appear to have their details but NO LOCATION.If my detail is correct there wasANNIE,BARBARA,JOHN,JOHN,THOMAS,WILLIAM.
I would like residence info at time of wedding and 1901 to see if I can trace any children to previous wife.
If anyone can guide me prior to wedding I would be grateful as this side is very sketchy and if I can find any detail prior to 1890 I am sure futher traces will follow.
