Have tracked marriages of relatives and am trying to match other info to them.I am tracking marriage of MARTHA BOOTH to JOSHUA LARGE 4/5/1731 at St Mary the Virgin. They had a son called Gabriel baptised at same church 24/9/1742.I am trying to track any other of their children to cross check .I had issues over transcribing Gabriel as this occurred a couple of times in the line.I have noted that very early references in records are to CHAPELRY?Does this mean these were the small religious buildings of the time.In Billinge I believe our church was identified as a Chapelry.Has anyone been able to track records so far back and if so what was the best way to tackle this route.I am aware that JOSHUA was identified as a HUSBANDMAN.Was this a landworker?Any info on how to get info for this marriage partnership for either Martha or Gabriel would be appreciated as I didnt expect to get so far back on this line.

HAVE JUST FOUND SOME OTHER OF THEIR CHILDREN-daniell large 4/5/1740--daniell large 3/10/1745--john large 10/9/1732--joshua large26/8/1737--mary large 31/8/1735.These found on baptisms.assuming info on Joshua and Martha marriage date was ok--It would appear from this to be valid.Seems as it was religious names to the fore then.
BURIAL JOSHUA 6/3/1772----MARTHA 14/11/1769.
