Hi all,

Just thought i'd share these with you too. I've been collecting Victorian bottles from St Helens for a few years now and they're proudly on display in the living room in a cabinet. I've dug up a few few of them and the rest are bought. So if you have any of these knocking about in your attic or garage let me know ;-)

My personal favourites have got to be Ryders green beer bottles with the headstock on.

I have only ever seen a picture of a clear Ryder bottle, I think they call it a cod? bottle. I had no idea there was green ones as well. Robert Ryder was my g.g g grandfather so it is lovely to see some of his bottles.

It's pristine as the auction says, I haven't seen one in that good of nick before. Hoping I get it for the £310 but I reckon it'll be closer to 4 when it goes.
