The Horseshoe is now a Tesco as stated but the same is NOT going to happen at the Green Dragon. Plans were passed last week to extend the Dragon as can be seen on knowsley planning web site.

Years ago I played with Prescot Town Band and we used to rehearse in the Bath Springs.Didn't they change the name of it for a while after some Prescot Thespian or other then reverted back to the Bath springs or am I imagining it all?

Yeah, that's right Geoff. Kemble was born a little further along from the Bath Springs
