Hi Smeltzer 46, I agree with Nanny. Great memory and Great Post.
Good to see you posting, even though it looks like you've been a member a while now.
I hope you won't mind me saying though, CAPS ARE FOR SHOUTING. Posted Image
Would love to see lots more of your Bus memories.
I think I asked this before, might even be in this thread.
Did you know a Bus Conductor named Sally Rawsthorne?

Aww, Skyman, take no notice, you deserve a pass.
At your age, they should pick you up at the door. Posted Image

HI SMELTZ, i was always doing it and for the same reason
i would love all the posts to be like yours on #124
it would be less srtrain on the old peepers, you can
shout at me anytime, but we must go by the rules,
i often use that little magnifying glass in the bottom right
corner ,it lets you boost to 125% and 150%,

Skyman, Smeltzer, I have a similar problem with the print size but have found that if you hold the CTRL key down, and at the same time move the wheel on the centre of the mouse it enlarges or diminishes the print size

There's a tab key on the left of the keyboard that has two arrows on it like this ⇆.
If you're filling a form out online use this key to select the next field on the form....... it's easier than keeping on moving the mouse and clicking in the boxes :)

I KNOW HOW YOU fEeel.I hav probs trying to use mobile text speak or is it spk.I alsooo it the wrong Keys so I get caps etc all mixd up.bOLD,inverteddd comas, exc markes are also a pain.Grandkids are a boon!!!They know all the text spk, keyboard and mobile skills.Do we really need protocols for "SHOUTING".Surely its the content that matters.I well remember many years ago when One of the Suttons Transport family took over and he was looking at various spends. One major thing he changed was Invoices had been sent out on high quality watermarked paper. He immediately changed it to ordinary thin paper. His comments were. Its the information on the paper that matters not necessarily the quality.Thats how he was able to buy a helicopter!!!
Perhaps a change in font size and style would brighten up many of the pointless threads.

Hi Smeltzer, I appreciate you are not used to Computers.
I admire your participation into something new for you.
We all had to learn and despite the others joking about it,
it is in the Guidelines of Connect. Good Luck. Keep Posting.
