Do you take enough exercise ? or is a case of the mind is willing but limbs are weak.

I take far more exercise now to the age of 68 than at any other time in the previous fifteen years and I still work a nine hour day. Still need to lose a stone in weight though to get down to the 13 stone I was for most of my adult life
