my fathers mothers maiden name was kelly does anyone know any kelly"s from st.helens ..my dad was adopted and i dont know much about it as he never talked about it and he has now passed away/ I was wondering if i coukld find out any information dont know really were to start.???

There are/were lots of Kellys in St Helens, you'll have to be more precise.
First of all, did she actually COME from St Helens?
Secondly, if you want people to help you'll have to post other information such as first name, married name, dates or years, etc etc.
People are always glad to help but we need info!

There were a lot of Kelly's popping up as witnesses to marriages and baptisms in my FH research of my Irish Catholics in Rainhill. It is a common name though. Tell us what you know, however little.
