Do you remember The doctors on Ellambsbridge road?

Next to the Butchers which is now a beauty salon.
Dr Route was one of the doctors. My mother was a receptionist and so was my Aunt Hilda. My Aunt use to live over the top of it.

Do you remember the shops opposite? one was a sweet shop I think it was called seftons but not sure.

Chris

Hi,
My Mother said that Dr Leslie and the other doctor worked at a surgery which would have been further up that the little pig but the surgury she worked at was on the opposite side of the road where the TSB is now.
She used to live on the same side as Dr Leslie at the back of the shops with her Mother and brothers Jack and Arthur.

She also said something abot a shop owned by a Mrs Hill. I think there were a couple of shops but to be honest i was a child and went to Sutton Nash at the time so it's very vague for me.
