  7. Ted you could well try that drone over the playing fields opposite the Chancery in the summer when the field is dry, it should tell you if there as been any building been on the filed as the foundations should stand out in the grass.

Hi piaf Is John Leyland 1846 son James & Jane Leyland nee Adamson, I believe John's wife Ann died July 1881 buried St Helens Cemetery section 4 grave 348, there daughter Ann Jane Leyland born 1874 married John Henry Warterworth in Wesleyan Chapel Liverpool in 1907. is this what you found on Ancestry?

Hi Kirsty - I have a Anthony Harrison born about 1843 son of James & Tabitha Harrison nee Leyland, Anthony married Ann Roscoe 5 February 1865 wit William Brandreth Williams, Mary Vose, at Prescott Parish Church. Ann born Whiston 1845 is the daughter of George Roscoe. Have you done any research on the Leyland side of the family.
