Please post any info you know in the comments for each pub. I started putting Slaters 1855 info on - regards publicans, and I think that we'll carry on putting details on for other years - if you'd like to help? I know that it's all been done before with Brian Tarry's book (which I've never seen), but this will be a pretty good thing in itself if we stick at it.
The list can be looked at in a few different ways - pubs that are gone and pubs that exist, and we could do anything with the data - e.g. make a separate interface that only lists existing pubs - ones that have cask ales and are recommended by CAMRA, or if pubs have letting rooms, etc., but I suppose that that's OT in this forum.
The comments will probably eventually be assimilated into 'main details' for each pub, with old comments eventually being discarded, but don't worry - anyone who comments will be credited in each pub's details.
